At RideTicketHub, we aim to deliver a smooth and transparent booking experience. We understand that plans may change, and our refund policy is designed to address such scenarios fairly.

1. Eligibility for Refunds
  • Full refund for events canceled or rescheduled by the organizer.
  • Refund for technical errors during booking (e.g., duplicate charges).
  • Refund if the service is canceled by the provider.

Note: Refunds are not available for customer no-shows or cancellations unless otherwise stated.

2. Refund Request Process
  1. Email info@ridetickethub.com within 7 days of your event.
  2. Provide your booking ID, reason, and supporting documents.
  3. Our support team will review and respond within 3–5 business days.
3. Processing Time

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited to your original payment method.

4. Partial Refunds
  • Event rescheduled and customer opts not to attend.
  • Downgraded service level with verified proof.
5. Non-Refundable Charges
  • Booking and convenience fees.
  • Third-party processing fees.
